À Griffes Acérées 2023 is a 100% Riesling grown on higher-altitude parcels around Mutzig, where sandstone-rich soils contribute to the wine’s tension and mineral depth.

The grapes are directly pressed and fermented with native yeasts before ageing in stainless steel for around 12 months. A light maceration adds an extra layer of complexity, giving the wine both precision and a subtle textural dimension.

On the nose, it reveals citrus zest, crushed stone and faint smoky notes. The palate is taut and energetic, driven by vibrant acidity and a saline, mineral backbone, with a slightly fleshy mid-palate that balances its sharp profile.

Sitting between classic and more experimental styles, À Griffes Acérées is a wine that combines clarity with character, offering a focused and invigorating expression of Alsatian Riesling.
