More details...

En Liberté 2023 is a sparkling wine from Alsace led by Pinot Gris, complemented by local varieties such as Auxerrois, Riesling and Pinot Noir. Grown on limestone and clay soils around Dorlisheim, the wine reflects Christophe Lindenlaub’s energetic and low-intervention approach.

After a short maceration, fermentation begins in tank before finishing in bottle following the ancestral method, creating natural carbonation and preserving the raw character of the fruit. The wine is bottled unfiltered, without additions, in line with the domaine’s commitment to expressive, living wines.

On the nose, it shows white peach, citrus and grapefruit with a slightly exotic touch. The palate is lively and textured, combining fine bubbles, bright acidity and a subtle grip, leading to a dry and mouthwatering finish. Both playful and complex, En Liberté captures a free-spirited side of Alsace, where energy, texture and drinkability come together in a distinctive sparkling style.
