More details...

En Équilibre 2024 is a 100% Riesling grown in Dorlisheim on clay, limestone and sandstone soils, from vines over 25 years old. Cultivated organically and vinified with minimal intervention, the wine reflects Christophe Lindenlaub’s pursuit of both purity and character.

The grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is then aged on its lees for several months, enhancing texture while preserving its natural tension and clarity.

On the nose, it reveals citrus, green apple and pear, with subtle floral and honeyed nuances. The palate is both round and taut, combining a crisp attack with a fresh, mineral-driven core and a lingering, mouthwatering finish.

True to its name, En Équilibre sits at the crossroads of fruit and structure, energy and softness. It is a versatile and engaging Riesling, equally suited for casual enjoyment or deeper exploration.
