More details...

À Pas de Velours 2024 is a 100% Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils around Dorlisheim in Alsace. True to its name, the wine is crafted in a style focused on softness, finesse and fluidity rather than extraction or power.

The grapes are gently vinified with minimal intervention, using native yeasts and light extraction to preserve purity and freshness. This approach results in a Pinot Noir that emphasizes precision, balance and drinkability.

On the nose, it reveals aromas of fresh cherry, raspberry and subtle floral notes, complemented by a hint of spice. The palate is supple and silky, with fine tannins, bright acidity and a delicate mineral edge that carries through to a clean, elegant finish.

More about texture and nuance than intensity, À Pas de Velours offers a refined and approachable interpretation of Alsatian Pinot Noir, where elegance and energy take center stage.
