A very refined Pinot Noir from Alsace, combining depth with freshness. Elegant, mineral and finely structured, with red berries and a savoury edge that truly redefines everything you thought you knew about Alsatian Pinot Noir...
Origine L 2024 is a 100% Pinot Noir grown on limestone and clay soils around Dorlisheim in Alsace. Positioned between the domaine’s more playful cuvées and its more experimental wines, it offers a composed and precise interpretation of the grape.
Aged partly in wood, the wine gains structure and depth while preserving the natural freshness typical of Lindenlaub’s style. The result is a Pinot Noir that balances fruit, minerality and texture with clarity.
On the nose, it reveals red cherry, wild berries and subtle spicy notes. The palate is elegant and layered, with fine tannins, bright acidity and a mineral backbone that carries through to a long, savoury finish. Designed to appeal both to curious newcomers and experienced drinkers, Origine L brings together accessibility and complexity in a distinctive Alsatian expression.
Dorlisheim, a small, typically Alsatian village, about 20 kilometres south-west of Strasbourg, is home to the Lindenlaub family. The father, Jacques, and now the son, Christophe, perpetuate the family winegrowing tradition that goes back nearly 200 years...
