More details...

Qui s’y Cogne 2022 is a sparkling wine from Alsace made from a blend of Pinot Gris and Auxerrois, two varieties traditionally used in Crémant d’Alsace. Here, Christophe Lindenlaub reinterprets this classic pairing through a pét-nat approach, creating a wine that is both familiar and refreshingly modern.

Bottled during primary fermentation, the wine develops its bubbles naturally in the bottle, resulting in a gentle, creamy effervescence and a lively, unfiltered character. Produced with native yeasts and no additions, it reflects the domaine’s commitment to pure, expressive winemaking.

On the nose, it shows bright citrus, green apple and subtle floral notes. The palate is crisp and energetic, driven by vibrant acidity, fine bubbles and a clean mineral backbone, finishing dry and refreshing.

Light, dynamic and highly drinkable, Qui s’y Cogne captures a joyful and spontaneous side of Alsace, a sparkling wine designed for sharing, celebration and everyday pleasure.
