Art’Terre 2022 is a balanced blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, sourced from several plots in the Premier Cru village of Chamery, in the Montagne de Reims. The soils are clay-limestone and sandy-limestone, varied in texture but all expressing the terroir strongly, which gives the wine its finesse and minerality.

Vinified according to the principles of organic farming, this Champagne is aged with minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, ageing in old barrels and then on lees for at least 24 months, without filtration, fining or dosage.

This sober and pure style, typical of Thomas Perseval, seeks to directly reflect the lieu-dit, the vintage and the terroir. Art'Terre embodies the philosophy of a sincere, straightforward, mineral and expressive Champagne, a wine for those who love "terroir in a glass".
