La Masure Rosé 2022 is a vintage produced from a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the "La Masure" vineyard, located on the slopes of the Chamery Premier Cru in the Montagne de Reims. The vineyard, certified organic since 2012, is planted on soils combining clay, sand and limestone, characteristic of the Perseval estate.

The winemaking process follows a very natural philosophy, with manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, ageing partly in old barrels and then on lees for around 20 months, without filtration or fining, with minimal use of sulphur and no dosage (Brut Nature). The recent disgorging in January 2025 allows the wine to express itself with purity, liveliness and precision, faithful to the terroir and the winemaking spirit of the estate.
