The Pinky Way

Les Cantarelles is the personal project of winemaker Núria Carulla in Penedès, where she works small organically farmed parcels with a simple and hands-on approach. Núria highlights local varieties such as Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel·lo, along with a few complementary grapes like Garnacha Blanca or Chardonnay, which she vinifies with lightness and precision.

In the cellar, the winemaking is natural and unfussy, with short ageing to preserve fruit energy and easy drinkability. The range includes sparkling wines, whites and skin-contact cuvées, always fresh, direct and highly approachable, reflecting both the vibrant character of Penedès and Núria’s spontaneous, warm personality.
