4 Mans 2024 is a 100% Premsal, a native white grape of Mallorca, produced through a unique collaboration between Joan Rubió, Àngels Margalef and fellow winemakers on the island, Cati Ribot and Eloi Cedo. The wine was born from a collective effort following a difficult vintage, giving it both a strong identity and a meaningful story.
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo around 10 days of skin maceration, followed by fermentation with native yeasts and ageing in stainless steel. This approach preserves the purity of the fruit while adding a light tannic texture.
On the nose, it shows fresh citrus, orchard fruit and subtle Mediterranean herbal notes. The palate is light, clean and energetic, with gentle grip, bright acidity and a saline edge that enhances its drinkability.
More fluid and immediate than the other macerated wines in the range, 4 Mans stands out for its freshness and convivial style, offering a vibrant expression of Mallorca’s native grape varieties.
