Essencial 2023 is a 100% Xarel·lo sourced from three small plots in the heart of Penedès, planted on calcareous clay soils. This combination of sites brings both structure and freshness to the wine. 

The grapes undergo a short maceration on the skins, enhancing texture and aromatic depth, before ageing partly in large used oak and stainless steel to preserve balance and precision. 

On the nose, it shows citrus, ripe orchard fruit and subtle herbal notes. The palate is structured yet fresh, with lemon zest, a slight grip and a distinct saline edge, leading to a clean, mineral finish.

Produced with organic and biodynamic principles and minimal intervention, Essencial reflects a modern interpretation of Xarel·lo, combining Mediterranean generosity with tension and drinkability.
