Ancestral Monastrell 2023 is a 100% Monastrell sparkling wine from Penedès, produced using the ancestral method, where fermentation finishes in bottle to create natural bubbles. 

The grapes come from young vines and undergo a very short maceration, giving the wine its delicate color while preserving freshness and drinkability. 

On the nose, it shows dark berries, spice and subtle Mediterranean herbal notes. The palate sits between a light red and a sparkling rosé, combining juicy fruit, bright acidity and fine bubbles with a dry, mineral finish. 

Aged on lees in bottle for over a year, the wine gains additional depth while maintaining its lively, energetic character. 

Unfiltered and made with minimal intervention, Ancestral Monastrell is a vibrant and expressive take on sparkling Monastrell, balancing intensity with freshness.
