More details...

Zirudèla 2023 is a field blend of traditional white varieties from the Colli Bolognesi, including Albana, Grechetto and Montuni, grown on the biodynamic farm of Al di Là del Fiume. The wine reflects the estate’s philosophy of biodiversity and minimal intervention, resulting in a style that is both expressive and easy to drink.

The grapes are fermented with native yeasts, often with whole clusters and gentle maceration, enhancing aromatic complexity while keeping the wine fresh and accessible. This approach brings a subtle tannic structure alongside bright acidity and natural vibrancy.

On the nose, it shows citrus, mandarin and floral notes with hints of herbal tea. The palate is light yet textured, combining freshness, a gentle grip and a clean, slightly saline finish.

Designed as an everyday orange wine, Zirudèla balances character and drinkability, offering a convivial and expressive interpretation of Emilia-Romagna’s native grapes.
