35 parcels located on the Premier Cru terroirs of Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes la Montagne. Average vine age 35 years, different soil types: siliceous sand, limestone and clay.
First fermentation in stainless steel tanks (85%) and oak barrels (15%). Malolactic fermentation. Aged on fine lees for 8 months before bottling. No filtration, minimum use of sulfites (less than 25 mg/l). Bottle ageing of at least 5 years. No dosage: 0 g/L
