Griblanc offers a rich and unique aromatic palette, blending notes of ripe white fruit, apple, pear and peach with more subtle hints of dried herbs and candied yellow fruit, accompanied by a slightly oxidative nuance reminiscent of hazelnut or dried apple. On the palate, the wine is beautifully full-bodied and round, supported by lively acidity and marked freshness. The texture is smooth, almost creamy, while retaining tension, and the finish lingers with a gentle salinity, reminiscent of the identity of its terroir...
Griblanc is a still white wine from the Coteaux Champenois appellation, made from the seven grape varieties legally authorised in Champagne: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. The must is pressed directly, then the wine ferments and ages for about ten months in oak barrels, without the addition of sulphites and without filtration. Barrel ageing brings roundness and a woody patina that enriches the texture while respecting the balance between fruit, minerality and aromatic originality.

Passed down through six generations, it has expanded over time before taking its current form in 1956 following the union of the Bonnet and Ponson families. Now run by Cyril Bonnet, the house remains deeply attached to its artisanal and family identity, continuing to work independently in the Champagne tradition...
