More details...

Al di Là del Bianco 2020 is a 100% Albana grown on biodynamic vineyards in the hills of Emilia-Romagna. This cuvée represents a more mature and composed expression of the estate, highlighting both the structure of the grape and the influence of time.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged in amphora, the wine develops complexity and texture while maintaining clarity and balance. Al di Là del Bianco is based on some hand-picked amphora of the Fricandó cuvée aged for an extra year, that extended élevage allows the wine to integrate its tannins and reveal a deeper, more nuanced profile.

On the nose, it opens with dried citrus, orchard fruit and floral notes, evolving towards honey, herbs and subtle oxidative hints. The palate is broad yet controlled, combining gentle grip, vibrant acidity and a persistent mineral backbone.

More restrained than heavily macerated styles, Al di Là del Bianco focuses on harmony and evolution, offering a sophisticated and age-worthy interpretation of Albana.
