More details...

Anelito Rosato 2025 is a sparkling rosé made from Barbera, grown on biodynamic vineyards in the hills of Emilia-Romagna. As a recent addition to the range, it carries the same spirit as Birichèn but with a more fruit-driven and vinous profile.

Produced using the ancestral method, the wine undergoes fermentation in bottle without filtration, creating natural carbonation and a lively, slightly cloudy appearance. This approach preserves both the freshness of the fruit and the raw character of the wine.

On the nose, it reveals aromas of red berries, wild strawberry and subtle herbal notes. The palate is crisp and energetic, combining fine bubbles, bright acidity and a gentle savoury edge, finishing clean and refreshing.

Designed as a convivial and open-minded wine, Anelito brings together both newcomers and experienced drinkers, offering a playful yet expressive take on sparkling rosé.
