Els Vinyerons is a project from Penedès created by Alex Ruiz and Amós Bañeres, two growers dedicated to a transparent and artisanal approach to winemaking. They work exclusively with local varieties such as Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada, farming organically on limestone soils shaped by the Mediterranean climate. This combination brings freshness, balance and a clear regional identity to the fruit.
In the cellar, the philosophy is intentionally minimal. The wines are made with very little intervention, no corrections and simple ageing, often in steel tanks or amphora. The goal is to let the fruit speak for itself and highlight the natural precision and elegance of traditional Penedès grapes. Els Vinyerons produces wines that are pure, easy to drink and firmly connected to their Catalan landscape.
