De l’Autre Côté 2022 is a 100% Auxerrois grown in Dorlisheim on clay-limestone soils, a variety known in Alsace for its softer texture and subtle aromatic profile. The grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed before fermenting with native yeasts in stainless steel. The wine then rests on its fine lees for several months, gaining depth while preserving its natural freshness and clarity.

On the nose, it reveals white flowers, citrus and delicate spice, sometimes leaning toward aniseed and orchard fruit. The palate is both supple and energetic, combining a rounded mouthfeel with bright acidity and a subtle mineral backbone.

True to its name, the wine plays on contrast: generous yet lively, accessible yet expressive. It sits at the crossroads of classic Alsace and more contemporary natural styles, offering a balanced and highly drinkable interpretation of Auxerrois.
