Des Racines et des Ailes 2019 is a 100% Pinot Gris grown in Dorlisheim on limestone and clay soils, crafted from a blend of the 2018 and 2019 vintages. This approach brings both maturity and freshness, resulting in a wine that is layered yet harmonious.

Directly pressed and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, the wine is aged on its fine lees to build texture while preserving clarity and precision. The style remains faithful to Lindenlaub’s philosophy: minimal intervention, maximum expression.

On the nose, it reveals pear, white flowers and subtle honeyed notes, evolving toward more complex aromatic layers. The palate is broad and supple, balanced by a lively acidity and a mineral backbone that keeps the wine fresh and dynamic.

At once generous and vibrant, Des Racines et des Ailes captures the full personality of Alsatian Pinot Gris, offering both immediate pleasure and the depth to engage more experienced drinkers.
