From the south-south-east facing Grand Cru Zotzenberg terroir, composed of ferruginous sandstone limestone. Not classified as a Grand Cru due to the blending of four vintages: 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Certified organic production.
Natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation completed. Aged on lees in large oak casks. Bottled in April 2025.
