Character

This luminous pink cuvée is the result of equal parts maceration of Riesling, Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer, blended at bottling. The complex nose develops aromas of spices, morello cherries, wild strawberries and lime. The palate is spicy but not heavy, offering a fine balance between freshness and power. A very seductive coquette!

The earth and the vine

A blend of Pinot Noir grapes harvested on September 4, 2023 in Mittelbergheim, Gewurztraminer grapes harvested on September 21 and Riesling grapes harvested on September 29 on the Stierkopf in Mutzig. Certified organic.

Winemaking

Made from three equal parts macerating vats before bottling. Spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Aged on lees for 8 months in vats. Sulfiting of 10 mg/L before bottling. Bottling in April 2024.

Serving

Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees.
