More details...

Al di Là del Rosso 2021 is a 100% Barbera grown on biodynamic vineyards in the Colli Bolognesi. Produced as a more complete and age-worthy cuvée, it reflects both the character of the grape and the estate’s commitment to minimal intervention and respect for the land.

After spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, the wine undergoes élevage in amphora and large neutral vessels, allowing it to develop complexity while preserving freshness. This approach brings together structure, aromatic depth and a strong mineral imprint.

On the nose, it reveals ripe dark berries, dried herbs and subtle spice. The palate is broad yet controlled, combining vibrant acidity, fine tannins and a savoury backbone that extends into a long, persistent finish.

More polished and contemplative than the estate’s more immediate reds, Al di Là del Rosso offers a harmonious and elegant interpretation of Barbera, built for both reflection and ageing.
