Anthony Fonjallaz blends Traminer with Chasselas for Trempête N°1, grown organically on the Domaine du Chambet in Gy. The wine is made in an orange style, with skin contact bringing texture and depth to the blend, and aged entirely in stainless steel.
The result pairs Gewürztraminer's naturally aromatic, spiced character with the freshness and minerality Chasselas is known for, landing somewhere between the domaine's more traditional bottlings and its more adventurous cuvées.
