Grenache direct press. Sauvignon 7-day maceration, hand-destemmed. Colombard direct press, with 2 days of maceration.
"Hot pink with a touch of tropical. A tutti-fruity “rosé” with flesh on her bones. Serious (rich?) enough to stand up to with food (spice!) or stand alone. This was always my ‘from the tank’ wine. It hits all the notes high and low. Based on it’s beginnings resembling dAYglow coLOuR cOrp.
The name: a tribute to the mixes Hot Girls of Italo Disco 1 and 2 by Flemming Dalum."
