The wine shows delicate aromas of pear, white peach and citrus blossom, lifted by a subtle herbal freshness and mineral tension. Very confidential cuvée, 100% Sémillon grapes from a very hot summer. The estate's second vintage of a white wine. Manual harvest, direct press of whole bunches. Fermentation in fiberglass vat, Secmillon2 is 100% aged in dames-jeannes.
Bottled by gravity in October 2024 in a Saint-Émilion old limestone quarry. 153 bottles produced.
