Blending of lees and "bourbes" of all the grapes of the 2021 vintage (Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Semillon). Aged in barrels for 9 months at a constant temperature of 10°C in an old stone quarry in the heart of St-Emilion. Bottled by gravity, without filtration, in July 2022. 385 bottles produced.
