Fontana 2023 is a 100% Falanghina grown in the hills of Cerreto Sannita, north-east of Naples. This aromatic grape variety expresses here a balance of southern ripeness and mountain freshness, typical of the region.

Vinified in stainless steel, the wine preserves its purity and immediacy, offering a clean and vibrant expression of the fruit.

On the nose, it opens with citrus, white flowers and hints of orchard fruit. The palate is fresh and rounded, with lemon and grapefruit notes, a subtle savoury touch and a characteristic saline finish.

Accessible yet expressive, Fontana is a versatile wine that reflects Antonio Gismondi’s minimal-intervention approach and the natural energy of Campania’s terroir.

Since 2019, the grapes that were previously sold to the cooperative winery have been vinified by the couple, for an exhilarating result of southern aromas and mountain freshness...
