Mariarosa is Ca' dei Zago’s IGT cuvée, produced outside the Valdobbiadene DOCG area but with the same care and using the same indigenous grape varieties from the Treviso region. Glera, Bianchetta, Verdiso and Perera make up a blend which, thanks to its specific vinification process, offers a colour with golden hues and fine, lively bubbles.

The nose is clean and immediate, with notes of white peach, slightly tart strawberry and a floral touch. On the palate, it is soft and fresh, with a delicate effervescence that lightens the whole and makes the wine highly drinkable. It is an aperitif wine par excellence, but also a perfect companion for light meals, antipasti, summer salads or seasonal starters. Simple in the best sense of the word, sincere and refreshing.
