Müller Thurgau

Müller-Thurgau 2023 is produced by Philipp Grob in the St. Gallen region of eastern Switzerland. Grown in a cool climate on limestone-rich soils, the wine reflects a style focused on freshness, precision and drinkability. 

The grapes undergo several weeks of skin maceration, extracting aromatic intensity and a gentle tannic structure while preserving the natural vibrancy of the variety. 

On the nose, it shows citrus, dried fruit and light tropical notes. The palate is fresh and expressive, combining orchard fruit, a subtle grip and a clean mineral edge.
