The Dhumes' Pét-nat, and one of the most joyful bottles in the cellar. A blend of Gamay and Chardonnay from the volcanic soils of Orcet, with bright red fruit, fine bubbles and a clean mineral finish. Serve cold, drink fast...
Tête de Bulle is the only sparkling wine Francine and François produce, and it carries all the directness and lack of pretension that defines everything they do. The blend brings together Gamay and Chardonnay, two grapes that already share the same plots in Orcet, grown on the limestone and basalt soils that give Dhumes wines their distinctive mineral backbone. The bubbles come entirely from the wine itself finishing its work in the bottle.

The Gamay brings the fruit and the colour, the Chardonnay the tension and the bite. Together they make something that feels effortless without being simple. Best served cold, ideally with good company and no particular occasion needed.

Based in the small village of Orcet, with the help of his wife Francine, he crafts Gamay wines of a rare finesse, true juices with the scent of volcanoes...
