Simposio takes its name from the Greek tradition of shared wine and conversation, blending seven different Piedmontese red grapes, Freisa, Barbera, Brachetto del Roero, Pelaverga, Ruche, Moscato Nero d'Acqui and Malvasia Nera, each vinified separately before assembly. The result opens on floral aromas, cherry, pink peppercorn and dried oregano, round and deep on the palate with real freshness beneath.
