Simposio takes its name from the Greek tradition of shared wine and conversation, blending seven different Piedmontese red grapes, Freisa, Barbera, Brachetto del Roero, Pelaverga, Ruche, Moscato Nero d'Acqui and Malvasia Nera, each vinified separately before assembly.
