Aura is 100% Moscato Bianco from Valdisole's sandy Roero vineyards, macerated on its skins for eight to nine months under a submerged cap, unfined and unfiltered. Straw yellow with golden reflections, it opens on lemon, orange zest, honey, quince and wisteria, with a musky, sage-like undertone. The palate is dry, intense and fresh, carrying a saline mineral edge and the faintest tannic grip through a long, salivating finish.
