Elektra is Kyriaki's personal project at Valdisole, made from Malvasia Moscata, a nearly extinct Piedmontese variety she chose partly because both it and she trace back to Sparta, Greece. The grapes ferment and macerate on skins in acacia wood for months, unfiltered. Expect rich aromas of white rose, orange peel and acacia flower, joined by exotic notes of apricot and jasmine, all lifted by an electric, salivating minerality.
