Elektra is Kyriaki's personal project at Valdisole, made from Malvasia Moscata, a nearly extinct Piedmontese variety she chose partly because both it and she trace back to Sparta, Greece. The grapes ferment and macerate on skins in acacia wood for months, unfiltered.
