Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is produced by Philipp Grob in the St. Gallen region of eastern Switzerland. Grown on steep, limestone-influenced slopes in a cool climate, the wine reflects a style focused on freshness, energy and precision. 

The grapes undergo several weeks of skin maceration, extracting both aromatic intensity and a gentle tannic structure. This approach allows Sauvignon Blanc to express its full range, from bright fruit to more complex, textural elements. 

On the nose, it shows tropical fruit, citrus and herbal notes. The palate is vibrant and expressive, combining juicy fruit with a subtle grip and a clean, mineral edge that enhances freshness and drinkability. 

Vinified without additives, filtration or sulphur, the wine reflects Grob’s natural philosophy, resulting in a lively and precise expression of Swiss orange wine.
