Sherbert Daydream by Muri, the non-alcoholic fermented drinks project founded in Copenhagen by M. Paterson and I. Goulidis. Whilst Passing Clouds focuses on tea and herbs, Sherbert Daydream uses rhubarb and juniper to create something livelier and tangier, with a subtle vegetal and resinous note reminiscent of botanical aperitifs. Natural fermentation adds depth and a gentle effervescence that makes it very easy to drink.
The nose offers fresh rhubarb, citrus and pine. The palate is invigorating and lively, with well-balanced acidity and a slightly bitter, refreshing finish.
