Muri is a Danish project founded by M. Paterson and I. Goulidis in Copenhagen, which pushes the boundaries of what a non-alcoholic drink can be. Passing Clouds is a fermented blend of tea, quince and aromatic herbs, designed to accompany a meal with the same attention and care as a fine wine. There is no sugary fruit juice or disguised fizzy drink here.
It is a complex drink, crafted with selected ingredients and precise fermentation techniques, resulting in something unique: aromas of black tea, ripe quince and dried herbs, a slight vegetal bitterness and a long, smooth finish. On the palate, it is lively, slightly tannic, with a depth one wouldn’t expect in a non-alcoholic drink.
