This spontaneously fermented blond, aged for 6 months in Burgundy barrels on the lees, is made from 2023 Pinot Noir from the Nuits St-Georges terroirs grown by Y. Durieux, winemaker in the Hautes Côtes-de-Nuit.

It is unfiltered and unpasteurised. With no chemical additives, this is a lively beer to keep for a few years ... or not!
