100% Chardonnay from the "Les Plantes" plot located in Écueil, a Premier Cru vineyard. The vines grow on clay-loam-limestone soil typical of the Montagne de Reims, and the vineyard is managed in an environmentally friendly manner, without herbicides or pesticides.

Vinification is carried out using traditional methods, entirely by gravity, without pumping. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, followed by ageing in wood. The wine is neither filtered nor racked, nor stabilised mechanically. It evolves naturally, with natural clarification by cold and without topping up.

Only sold as part of the "Trio Pack" together with one bottle of 333.f and one bottle of 333.f Rosé.
