This champagne has a vinous and intense profile, with aromas of ripe apple, stone fruit and a hint of citrus on the nose. The finish is precise and slightly salty, leaving an impression of energy, purity and authentic expression of Pinot Noir...
Les Terres Mêlées is a 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs from the Domaine de Bichery vineyards, located in the Côte des Bar region. The estate practises organic farming and adopts a natural winemaking philosophy. The wine is vinified without fining or filtration, using indigenous yeasts and without unnecessary additives. Part of the fermentation and ageing takes place in barrels, the other part in vats, resulting in a wine that is both structured and fruity.
The cuvée is offered as a Brut Nature with 0 g/l dosage, without sweetening after the second fermentation, to emphasise the transparency and purity of the grape. The disgorging of February 2025 for the 2022 vintage marks the release of a ready-to-drink wine, produced in very limited quantities, which faithfully reflects the terroir of the Côte des Bar and the estate's artisanal style.
