Founded by Bryan Marx in 2019, Domaine des Tuileries cultivates just over one and a half hectares in Venteuil, at the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. The parcels lie on chalk and loam-clay soils that shape the wines’ structure and natural tension. The estate is moving toward organic farming, with precise vineyard work and carefully selected maturities to preserve balance and freshness.

In the cellar, Bryan vinifies each parcel separately, mainly in barrels, and ages his wines in an old chalk quarry where the natural conditions allow slow, steady maturation. The domaine’s Champagnes stand out for their energy, salinity and clear sense of place, offering sincere, luminous cuvées with a gastronomic spirit…
