Vineyard and terroir

Lieu-dit “Le Bonderet” at an altitude of 500m, deep clayey calcisol on morainic bedrock with marl. Vines planted in 1997, single Guyot, 90% grass cover, mechanical weeding by working the soil under the rows.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested with sorting on the vine, September 30, 2023, pneumatic pressing, spontaneous yeast, bottled at the end of alcoholic fermentation, aged on lees for 18 months, disgorged without adding expedition liqueur.
