A Savagnin of great clarity, topped up to preserve fruit and tension, with notes of lemon, pear and chalky minerality. A luminous, very pure white wine from the Jura, with a fresh and energetic finish...
Located on the slopes of Poligny, Les Trouillots rests on Triassic marl, rich in fine clay that retains freshness and moisture. This terroir produces wines that are straightforward, taut and precise, with a delicate structure and beautiful mineral energy.
Les Pieds sur Terre is located in Poligny, in the heart of the Jura region, where Valentin Morel has been cultivating his vines organically since 2014. Inspired by biodynamic practices learned during his studies and through influential encounters, he works the marl, limestone and classic hillside terroirs of Revermont, planting Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, Pinot Noir and Trousseau. The plots are tended with careful attention, measured yields and a deep respect for living organisms, producing precise and balanced grapes.
In the cellar, vinification is spontaneous, carried out without unnecessary inputs, with patient topping up, gentle maceration or long ageing depending on the cuvée. The wines reflect the personality of the Jura terroirs, combining mineral tension, aromatic purity and vibrant energy. They oscillate between immediacy and depth, with a simple elegance that is the hallmark of the estate. Les Pieds sur Terre offers wines that are expressive, lively and faithful to their terroir and Valentin Morel's artisanal vision.

Having taken over the reins of the family vineyards in 2014, the young Valentin is devoting himself with passion and dedication to this new destiny with already impressive results...
