Patis Pluriel is the project of Valentin, a fifth-generation winemaker based in Verneuil in the Marne Valley, who champions a free and sensitive approach to Champagne. The estate cultivates Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with respect for living organisms, without synthetic inputs, paying particular attention to the soil, biodiversity and the natural balance of the vines. Each plot is monitored closely and harvested at just the right moment of ripeness to preserve the finesse and energy of the fruit.
In the cellar, Valentin favours sulphur-free fermentation, separate vinification and minimal intervention. The wines are aged in stainless steel or barrels depending on the personality of the cuvée, without filtration and keeping the approach as pure as possible.
