Distilled at Cascina La Noce in Biella by a trusted friend of the Verrua family, this grappa is made exclusively from Ruché marc sourced from Teresa Verrua's own vineyards in Scurzolengo, Asti. Ruché is a rare and aromatic red grape native to the Monferrato hills, known for its intense rose and geranium notes, characteristics that carry elegantly through distillation. Bottled at 43% ABV, production is strictly limited to a few hundred bottles, making this a genuine rarity from one of Piedmont's most distinctive natural producers.
