Ormiale, Fabrice Domercq & Jasper Morrison, Mérignas
AOC Bordeaux Supérieur / Vin de France
The wine estate of Fabrice Domercq & Jasper Morrison is located in the village of Mérignas at 15 kilometers from Saint-Emilion in l’Entre-Deux-Mers.
The vineyards are cultivated in a biodynamic way and are located on the hillsides of Castillon, calcareous clay soil.
Manual harvests and stalkings, afterwards vinified in tanks in order to age in barrels during about 18 months and a small part in tank.
The Ormiale wines are famous Bordeaux wines, living, atypical and complex with a lot of finesse.
Since 2015, the natural sparkling “James” completes the assortment.
The new vintages of Fabrice Domercq and Jasper Morrison have arrived, a nice axis of evolution, the expression of a terroir and its grape varieties, the desire to make an elegant Bordeaux wine, pure and structured while searching a beautiful freshness and balance.
