A Semillon, dry, with floral notes of pear, tense, mineral, with great potential for aging
100% Semillon, hand picked and direct pressing. Half of the wine is fermented in 350-liter cherry barrels, and half in 54-liter "dame-jeannes". Blending and maturing in dame-jeannes for 10 months. Bottled by gravity, without filtration, in July 2022. 630 bottles produced.
