Natural sparkling wine "méthode ancestrale". Manual harvest and direct press of Malbec (90%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). Aged in bottles in an old limestone quarry in the heart of St-Emilion, at a constant temperature of 10°. Bottled in October 2021, disgorged in the fall of 2022. 876 bottles produced.
