Blending for half of grapes from the south, Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Cinsault, Muscat of Alexandria and for the other half of Gamay from the south of Beaujolais, and Sauvignon of the Loire.
Vinified separately and then blended and aged in stainless steel tanks.
