Annolium, from the name of the village of Les Martres-de-Veyre during the Gallo-Roman period. Parcels of Trois Fontaines and La Petite Côte located on the northern slope of the Puy de Corent at an altitude of about 450 meters. Basaltic colluvium and clay soil.

Grapes are destemmed, fermented in concrete tanks and then aged in stainless steel tanks.
